START YOUR PROJECT

Virtual Design is ideal if you live outside Miami, are comfortable working online, and want a complete design plan you can implement with your local contractor or independently. We have worked virtually with clients in New York, California, Italy, France and beyond. The process is seamless and the result is as personal as an in-person project. The key is that you are responsible for finding and managing your own contractor to execute the design.

Within 72 hours of your session you will receive your Flocdesign Design Notes — a beautifully presented PDF summarising our recommendations, a curated visual direction, a key design observation for your home, and suggested next steps. If you choose to continue with a Virtual Design or Full Service project, the session investment is credited toward your project fee.

Yes. For Full Service projects in Miami, we are happy to collaborate with an existing contractor provided they are licensed and willing to work within our design specifications. We can also connect you with our trusted network of licensed General Contractors and permitting professionals if you are yet to appoint one.

We work in English, Italian, French and Spanish. All design documentation can be provided in your preferred language. This makes us particularly well suited to international clients designing a home in the United States, or US-based clients with European roots who prefer to work in their native language.

Every project is different and pricing is discussed during the Design Clarity Session once we understand the full scope, scale and timeline of your renovation. We are transparent about all fees from the outset and work within agreed budgets. What we can say is that we are selective about the projects we take on, not because of budget alone, but because we want to ensure we can give every project the attention it deserves.

Absolutely. Many clients come to us mid-project, perhaps uncertain about a decision, looking for a fresh perspective on a space that isn't working, or needing clarity before a significant purchase. The Design Clarity Session is designed for exactly this. You leave with a clear direction and practical guidance, with no obligation to continue to a larger project.

A typical Virtual Design project, covering one to three rooms, takes between six and ten weeks from the Design Clarity Session to the delivery of your complete design package. Larger projects or full-home designs may take longer. We discuss timeline expectations clearly at the outset of every project so there are no surprises.
